Discover the Barns (Preschool and Elementary) School Program

Program Description

In this introduction to agriculture, your students will explore the museum’s barns and meet a wide range of farm animals, from the tiny domestic honeybee to the gigantic Clydesdale horse. Students will learn about animal husbandry, and where food comes from. They will also discover various careers within the agri-food sector, and the roles that science and technology play in today’s agricultural industry.

Includes Museum admission.
A minimum fee of $135 will be charged per group.
