In honour of the wartime contributions of animals, the Ontario SPCA and the Humane Society have unveiled a collectible Remembrance Day pin. This year’s pin features the pigeon, as the birds were used to deliver crucial messages in times of war. Read more in this short article from the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society.
