When it comes to an art contest, Ingenium members are quick to show their true colours.

This spring, the Ingenium membership team ran its own "Draw with Rob" members-only contest. Ingenium members were challenged to watch one of three videos about art and agriculture, which features a guided art experience with children's book author and illustrator, Rob Biddulph. Next, participants made their own versions of their chosen art piece- for submission to Ingenium.

The membership team was thrilled to receive 24 colourful and creative submissions. Two winners were chosen at random through a raffle, and each of them will receive a prize pack provided by Good in Every Grain. The winners of the contest were Oliver James Gagnon, age 9, and Shauna Whalen, age 39.

Below is an image gallery of all the submissions we received for you to enjoy.

If you missed the contest, you can still access the FREE Draw with Rob video series and supporting educator resources, designed to help curious kids learn about the science of agriculture through art. Each project is based on an exclusive Draw with Rob episode, and included subsequent art activities through which students will explore the themes of plant growth, soil health, farm technology, and coding. Videos can be used as a stand-alone activity, or as the background for additional art activities.

All videos and resources can be found on the Good in Every Grain website.
