Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream


  • 500 ml (2 cups) of 35% whipping cream
  • 375 ml (1 ½ cups) of 2% milk
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of pumpkin purée
  • 125 ml (½ cup) of sugar
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) of vanilla extract
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) of ground cinnamon
  • A dash of ground cloves


Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture in the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Serve with Halloween sprinkles if desired.
