Bring the museum experience to your classroom with the AgVenture mobile education program.
Program Description
What are soils made of? What are nutrients and why are they important for plant health? In this fun hands-on program, students extract and measure the level of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in a soil sample. They learn how farmers use this information to increase the sustainability of their farm.
Consult this Lesson Plan for ideas to extend the learning — and the fun!
