Ingenia sets the stage for curious passersby and visitors to rediscover the museum by illuminating the exhibitions and artifacts from its collection. The National Film Board of Canada (NFB) tackles this broad theme using an array of moving images which give rise to a playful and grandiose expansion. In a three-minute loop, scientific and technological concepts are grouped together and presented in overlapping sequences flowing across a vast canvas. Inspired by the elements, colour, geography, and time, this circular tale connects history with the present in a testimony to scientific curiosity and human ingenuity. Directed by Philippe Baylaucq (NFB).
