OTTAWA, May 7, 2018 – Ingenium – Canada’s Museums of Science and Innovation, along with its partners, is pleased to announce the five winners of the 2018 STEAM Horizon Awards. This prize program celebrates the important contributions of Canada’s youth in the STEAM fields: science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Each youth is awarded $25 000 to go towards their post-secondary education.

Each winner will travel to Ottawa to receive their award at a ceremony to be held on May 15, 2018 at the new Canada Science and Technology Museum. The ceremony will include top government officials, representatives from the corporate community and high school students.
