Nothing is too small, too big, or unimaginable for this internationally renowned metalsmith and multi-media artist. Jeff de Boer combines cutting-edge technology with fine artistry and design.

Jeff began crafting armour in high school and majored in jewelry design at the Alberta College of Art and Design. While studying at ACAD, he combined his interests to craft intricate historically accurate armour for cats and mice. His body of work includes both the small scale pieces, as well as large scale public artwork.

In this video presented by TELUS Spark, Jeff shares his passion for combining art, technique, and technology and for the maker community in Calgary.
