Bytown Catering is excited to return as Ingenium’s new onsite food services provider bringing fresh and fun options to all museum visitors. Our opening line-up starts with our Savour Express fresh grab and go sandwiches and salads, a grill menu featuring hot dogs, fries and traditional poutine, as well as Bridgehead Coffee fair-trade coffee, baked goods and wraps. Other snacks and beverages will also be offered. Iconic BeaverTails® are coming soon, and we look forward to introducing new and seasonal options throughout the year.
