Kimberlee joined Ingenium – Canada’s Museums of Science and Innovation in March 2020. In the 20 years prior, she built a diverse career in both the private and public sectors where she gained a wealth of expertise in leading human resources, finance, facilities, and procurement teams.
Prior to joining Ingenium as the Vice President of Human Resources and then becoming Chief Operating Officer in June 2022, she held multiple senior advisory and leadership roles for the Government of Nunavut in its Department of Justice and its Department of Human Resources, the Northwest Company, the Corporation of the City of London, Celebrity Cruises, the National Research Council Canada, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and the Parliamentary Protective Service in Ottawa.
Kimberlee holds an Honours Degree in Political Science and History from Carleton University, a Post-Diploma in Human Resources Studies from Sheridan College, and an MBA in Executive Management - Specialization in leadership from Royal Roads University. She earned her CHRL in 2005.
Kimberlee’s passions include travelling, curling, golfing, gardening, and community involvement through different volunteer organizations. Kimberlee lives in Ottawa with her partner Michael and her fur baby, Kulu.
