Biography
Kimberlee joined Ingenium – Canada’s Museums of Science and Innovation in March 2020. In the 20 years prior, she built a diverse and progressively responsible career in both the private and public sectors. This includes working: for the newly formed Government of Nunavut in Staffing, Training and Development; as Manager, HR, for the Government of Nunavut Department of Justice; as Senior HR Officer-In Charge onboard Infinity of Celebrity Cruises; as Manager, HR, for the Northwest Company; and for the Corporation of the City of London. Kimberlee later became the Senior Strategic Advisor to the VP, HR, a Change Management Senior Specialist for the National Research Council Canada, and the Manager, Leadership Advisory Services at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Most recently, Kimberlee was the Head of HR with the Parliamentary Protective Service in Ottawa.
Kimberlee holds an Honours Degree in Political Science and History from Carleton University, a Post-Diploma in Human Resources Studies from Sheridan College, and an MBA in Executive Management - Specialization in Leadership from Royal Roads University. She earned her CHRL in 2005.
Kimberlee’s passions include travelling, curling, golfing, gardening and community involvement through different volunteer organizations. Kimberlee lives in Ottawa with her partner Michael.
