Amelia Puddifer brings more than 20 years of dynamic leadership and strategic vision to her role as Vice-President of Advancement and Partnerships at Ingenium. Her career is marked by significant achievements in non-profit management, government strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising. Prior to joining Ingenium, Amelia was responsible for strategic integrated planning and financial alignment within Environment and Climate Change Canada’s corporate management division.
A dedicated volunteer, Amelia has been recognized for her community and international service with a Paul Harris Fellow award. She has served on multiple boards of directors and has held leadership roles in many foundations. Her extensive volunteer work showcases her deep commitment to community engagement and philanthropy.
Amelia Puddifer is a graduate of Concordia University, holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and has further honed her strategic insights with a graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership. Using a proactive and adaptable approach, Amelia excels in cultivating strategic relationships and forging robust partnerships. Her leadership style effectively blends empathetic understanding, strategic foresight, and a deep-rooted commitment to making a societal impact.
Amelia brings the same passion and dedication she has at work to her busy family life that includes four (teenage) children, two dogs, and a horse.
