Planning a field trip for your group of campers?
What could be better than a visit to the Canada Science and Technology Museum?
Why not make it an even more educational experience by adding two amazing workshops for just ONE extra dollar per participant!
Campers will be invited to take part in two exciting hands-on workshops, encouraging them to come up with creative solutions to a series of challenges. Our workshops are highly interactive and foster team spirit, making them an ideal add-on for any group.
K’NEX Tinker Challenge workshop invites campers to design and build their own ingenious constructions to a challenge! Participants will experiment with different sizes, shapes and weights to maximize their creations and will be encouraged to test their constructions designs all through the workshop.
Our DIY Pinball Machines workshop shows campers how to make pinball machines using pipes, elastics and bells, then encourages them to test their manual dexterity against their own handmade arcade game.
Camp groups are also invited to tour the Museum at their leisure, at no extra cost. Camp groups may decide to explore the Museum before or after their scheduled programs and camp leaders must remain with their groups at all times. Get started now on planning a great day out for your campers.
