Holiday memories are made at the Canada Science and Technology Museum! Stroll through the galleries of artifacts and play an I-Spy game with your mobile device. Prefer to stay home? You can still keep the kids busy with our Mini Tinkerers Virtual Workshops. Choose from imagining and designing a video game from cardboard, or taking part in a chilly science experiment and snowflake craft!

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, many of us will experience smaller holiday festivities this year — without a large group of family and friends around us. Similarly, the Canada Science and Technology Museum has traditionally hosted an array of children’s activities during the holiday season. Unfortunately, health restrictions prevent us from staging in-person events on site.

Learn at Home Series

Learning at home doesn’t mean you have to miss the fun field trips! Now you can take a virtual field trip to all of Ingenium’s three museums — the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum, the Canada Aviation and Space Museum, and the Canada Science and Technology Museum — from the safety and comfort of home.

During this five-week series, participants will enjoy a fun, interactive session about a different subject each week. Ingenium’s Education Team has selected a diverse group of programs from our Virtual Field Trip menu to create a unique experience for you!
