Introduction to Electricity

Students are sure to get a charge out of exploring electricity in this dynamic workshop.

Program Description:

What are current and static electricity? Students find out as they discover how electrons move through an electrical conductor. They learn the role of simple circuit components and draw circuit diagrams. They get to use circuit boards to see how series and parallel circuits work, and how each is used. Students even measure the amount of electricity various light bulbs consume, and use devices that produce electricity.
