text on image: welcome back! Advanced Tickets Required

The Ingenium museums are open- with a few changes!

Please note that the Ingenium Library & Archives remain closed at this time.

Health and safety comes first

To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for our visitors, staff and herds alike, we've introduced new health and safety guidelines across all our sites.

Online Ticketing

All visitors must reserve their tickets in advance online. This includes Ingenium Members and those visiting during the free hour.

Reserve tickets:

Ottawa Public Health requires non-medical face masks to be worn in enclosed public spaces. Learn more about exemptions here.

Planning your visit

The health and safety of the public, our staff and the animals in our care are our top priority. With special measures in place to protect everyone at our sites, we will meet public health orders and guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Due to our museum closures, we have extended the expiration date for all active Ingenium members by five months.

All membership parking passes that expire after February 2020 will be honoured until August 31, 2020, even if they are expired. In addition, we are pleased to compensate members for lost parking pass time due to our closures. We are unable to issue new parking passes to all holders, so instead we are providing parking pass holders with a $15 promo code for a future membership purchase with Ingenium.
