Health and safety comes first

To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for our visitors, staff and herds alike, we've introduced new health and safety guidelines across all our sites.

Online Ticketing

All visitors must reserve their tickets in advance online. This includes Ingenium Members and those visiting during the free hour.

Planning your visit

The health and safety of the public, our staff and the animals in our care are our top priority. With special measures in place to protect everyone at our sites, we will meet public health orders and guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Due to recent museum closures, we have extended the expiration date for all active Ingenium memberships by four months. An email was sent to all Ingenium members with the details of their membership extension on July 14, 2021.  Please check your email to find out how this affects you or contact the Membership office for full details: or 613-991-0607.
