Science is at play in the most ingenious way this March Break! Join us at the Canada Science and Technology Museum for a plethora of fun-filled activities, experiments, and demonstrations that are sure to engage visitors of all ages. Visit our top-notch interactive exhibitions, get up close with demonstrations in the galleries, or head to the big demo stage for piping hot and supercool experiments. Take part in a hands-on, cardboard extravaganza…then try the new moving sculpture activity in Exploratek! Our March Break festivities will include some special guests — offering interactive activities ranging from coding to neuroscience and more!

Unplug the kids from their devices…and bring them to our first-ever Cardboard Extravaganza! Participants will be challenged to fashion cardboard boxes into a giant sculpture, or to create a personalized game inspired by arcades, favourite sports, or rollercoasters! Experience all the amazing ingenuity at play from such a simple material…cardboard!
Recommended for participants ages 6+. Parents/guardians must remain in the event hall for the duration of their child’s play. Adults are welcomed to enjoy the lounge space. Toddlers are invited to play in the cardboard play structure area.
The museum reserves the right to limit the number of participants in the programming area.
