Hour of Code is a global movement celebrated in over 180 countries during the Computer Science Education Week (Dec. 3-9). This initiative’s goal is to promote digital literacy and demystify coding, encouraging people to learn the basics and see themselves in computer science.
10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Take part in this hands-on workshop and explore coding fundamentals using Micro:bit — a tiny, handheld programmable computer!
Recommended for participants ages 8 and up. No experience required; all materials are provided.
The workshop is included with museum admission.
Parents/guardians must remain at the museum for the duration of the workshop. Parents are welcome to attend the session.
