Speaker’s bio:

Geneviève LeGal-Leblanc is co-owner of Ferme et Forêt, an ecological farm and wild foods enterprise near Wakefield, Quebec. She's a wild forager, maple syrup producer, beekeeper, and farmer of a wide variety of foods. An advocate for sustainable wild harvesting and farming, LeGal-Leblanc likes to share her wild foraging skills through hands-on field- and forest-based workshops.
