Spring is just around the corner, which means it's time to get sowing! Join Jean and Nicolas Laporte, co-owners of J.A. Laporte Flowers and Nursery, to explore how to grow your own fresh fruits and vegetables.

During this presentation, you’ll learn the importance of site selection, soil preparation, and planting plans when it comes to growing high quality fruits and vegetables. Find out how to plant vegetable seeds indoors, plus tips and tricks for successful transplanting — in order to guarantee successful establishment and production.

In addition, you’ll learn techniques for pruning, fertilizing, and pollenating fruit trees and bushes. As a bonus, all attendees will be given a little gift at the end of the presentation.

This presentation will be given in French, followed by a bilingual question-and-answer period.
