Health and safety comes first

To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit, we've introduced health and safety guidelines across all our sites.

Proof of Vaccination

All visitors aged 12 and older are required to show proof of vaccination. In accordance with Ontario’s vaccine certificate policy, present a paper or digital copy of your vaccination receipt along with government-issued ID that includes name and date of birth to visit the museums. In order to be considered fully vaccinated, you must have received your second shot at least 14 days before your visit and be considered fully vaccinated in accordance with Ontario's guidelines.

Online Ticketing

ADVANCED TICKETS REQUIRED

All visitors must reserve their tickets in advance online. This includes Ingenium Members and those visiting during the free hour.

ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY

Visitors should arrive at the museum 10 minutes before their time slot to allow time for parking and check-in.
